About NSAR

Founded in 1923, NSAR champions the real estate community by providing support for REALTORS® and information for the public.

Members of NSAR also hold membership in the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

As a member-based trade association, NSAR brings together diverse perspectives from the real estate community across the North Shore of Massachusetts and beyond including buyer and seller agents, appraisers, mortgage brokers, attorneys, home inspectors, property managers, and other service professionals.

Driving Directions

From the South

Travel north on Rt. 95/128 and take the 128 split toward Gloucester.

Take Exit 18 off Route 128N.

Take a left at the stop sign onto Route 22, Essex Street.

Turn left into the first driveway before the overpass (bridge) for 128. There is an orange “REALTOR Parking” sign which will point you down our driveway.

NSAR is the first building on the left.

From the North

Travel south on Rt. 128 toward Danvers/Beverly.

Take Exit 18 off Route 128.

Take a right at the stop sign onto Route 22, Essex Street.

Turn right into the first driveway directly after the overpass for 128. There is an orange “REALTOR Parking” sign which will point you down our driveway.

From the West

Take 62 East toward Danvers, Beverly.

From Rt. 62 take Rt. 128 North to Exit 18.

Take Exit 18 off Route 128.

Take a left at the stop sign onto Route 22, Essex Street.

Turn left into the first driveway before the overpass for 128. There is an orange “REALTOR Parking” sign which will point you down our driveway.

From downtown Beverly

Keep straight onto SR-1A/Cabot Street. Turn right onto Colon Street.

Keep straight onto SR-22/Essex Street. Will pass the entrance to 128 North.

Take the left at the top of the hill. There is an orange “REALTOR Parking” sign which will point you down our driveway.

NSAR is the first building on the left.

Please Note

If you are at the Harry Ball Field, you have gone too far. Turn around drive across the highway overpass. As soon as you are off of the overpass bridge our driveway is on our right (before the 128N entrance ramp).

Classroom: Parking is on the right side of building. Enter classroom through the 2nd door from back of building. There is a small classroom entrance sign on the door.

Office: The office parking is located directly in front of the building.
