First-Time Homebuyer Course

Our course, in partnership with Harborlight Homes, has received the CHAPA Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative Seal of Approval and is MassHousing-approved. The course is specifically designed to inform and help homebuyers like you. A homebuyer counselor, with the help of industry experts including REALTORS®, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents, real estate attorneys, credit counselors, and representatives from state agencies, gets you ready to move.
